Republic of Ireland defender John O’Shea will be hoping to claim back to back Champions League winner’s medals after Manchester United advanced to a Rome Final following a convincing semi-final victory over Arsenal in London last night.

Already leading 1-0 from the first leg (thanks to a goal from O’Shea), United took the Gunners apart and had their place in the final all but confirmed after two goals in the opening eleven minutes. United went on to win 3-1 on the night (4-1 on aggregate) and will now face either Chelsea or Barcelona in the Champions League Final on 27th May.
