John O’Shea played today as Manchester United were beaten 4-1 by Liverpool at Old Trafford. O’Shea played the whole game as United let the lead slip and eventually fell to a heavy defeat that may yet liven up what had appeared to be an already over title race.

The Waterford born defender has already collected three Premier League winners medal with the Red Devils and is still on course to pick up winners medals from five competitions this season. He is part of a Manchester United side which has already lifted the World Club CupĀ  and English League Cup this year. The English giants still have designs on the remaining treble of the league, FA Cup and UEFA Champions League.

Darron Gibson was not involved in the match-day eighteen.
